Do we supply parts for our machines?

Any part you require will be supplied from our factory if not kept in stock.

How does delivery work?

Unfortunately due to the nature and price of our machines we are not willing to carry the risk of transporting the machines for delivery. Every customer is responsible for his/her own collection, transport and delivery of all our products.

Do your machines carry a warrenty?

Our machines have a 1 year warrenty that does not include the consumables like blades, tubes, mirrors, lenses, laser cables etc.

How do I make payment?

Only EFT payments are accepted. Once you supply a proof of payment we will only release the items when payment reflects in our bank accounts.

What is your VAT policy?

Vat is not charged to persons that are not VAT registered.

How do services work?

If machines are purchased from us, the client will only pay for the traveling costs - p/km by car / air tickets for flying. Labour will be for free. Any parts that are required by you and is not a warrenty part will be charged seperately.

For client with machines not purchased from us a R800 per hour rate is charged and no warrenty is given on non compatible parts.
